I am a Danish psychologist with a longstanding interest in autism, ADHD, trauma, stress regulation and neurodevelopment. Throughout my career I have worked clinically, taught internationally, and developed educational programmes for professionals, families and organisations.
I have been integrating Havening Techniques® into my clinical work since 2016 as part of a my therapeutic approach. I have found Havening to be a gentle, practical and effective method for supporting neurodivergent people experiencing trauma, anxiety, phobias, stress and nervous system dysregulation. It has become a natural part of the way I help clients regulate overwhelming activation and strengthen their own capacity for self-regulation.
Alongside my clinical work, I am passionate about translating research into practical strategies that can improve everyday life for neurodivergent individuals, families and professionals. Much of my current work involves teaching, supervision, research and international humanitarian projects.
